Deficiency:The flashing membrane used at the perimeter metal edge is deteriorated and split. This is allowing moisture to enter the roof system and create leak problems.

Corrective Action:This will need to be cleaned and reinforced with a 9" EPDM flashing membrane to prevent further damage.

Estimated Repair Cost: $2,950.00

Open Seams in Gutter(Emergency) - 11/10/2021
Quantity: 4 EA

Deficiency:There are 2 seams and 2 outlets on the gutter that are open and leaking creating damage to the building.

Corrective Action:These will need to be cleaned and properly repaired with EPDM flashing membrane to prevent further damage.

Estimated Repair Cost: $790.00

Damaged downspout(Emergency) - 11/10/2021
Quantity: 10 LF

Deficiency:The existing 5-1/2” round corrugated downspout is damaged.

Corrective Action:Replace the damaged downspout with a new like kind downspout to match existing per industry standards.
