Corrective Action:We will remove all organic materials and loose debris from the roof to allow for adequate drainage of rainwater. We will then hose down with low pressure water and scrub with a soft broom where required.

Corrective Action:We will remove all organic materials and loose debris from the roof to allow for adequate drainage of rainwater. We will then hose down with low pressure water and scrub with a soft broom where required. We will need Repirators here and coveralls as this is messy and once cleaned we we nned to assess if any loose screws- corrosion or leaks are in this area.

Deficiency:We have found a build-up of organic material and debris in the gutter. This may cause problems, including a full or partial blockage of outlets leading to potential leaks. During the leak inspection we cleared away from build up from around the drain hole- so water could flow- but these need clearing away along with a full gutter clean.

Corrective Action:We have Unblocked build up around the outlets only- but will need a full gutter clean. We will remove all debris from the gutter, then hose it down with low pressure water and scrub with a soft broom where necessary. This relates to whole length of the main internal gutter across the store.
