Open Seams(Remedial) - 05/18/2023 Quantity: 50 Sq Ft
Deficiency:Leak in center drain on building "O" (west side). Open seams in the waterproofing membrane are typically caused by failing seam adhesives coupled with membrane shrinkage and stress on the seams.
Corrective Action:The area surrounding the open seam must be cleaned. A new piece of waterproofing membrane would be installed and sealed per industry standards up to (50) SQFT.
Tech will clean around drain and attempt to unclog.
* A log of work completed for the deficiency will be noted during (repair/cleaning).
** The Service Tech is to remove all debris created from work performed.

Corrective Action:Identify/verify the leak in unit. Scope of work may include: Clean, prime, and patch/seal areas of damage over the leak, up to (25 sqft). Installation will be to manufacturer’s specifications and/or industry standard practice.
Tech will record a log of work completed for the deficiency. Tech will remove all debris created from work performed.
